Established in 1999 from humble beginnings, House of Chocolate today is an award-winning innovative chocolate company.

From their kitchen in Beachaven on the North Shore of Auckland City, a small team of chocolatiers spend their day making chocolates inspired by New Zealand's local and ethical ingredients. Chocolates are then carefully hand packaged in bespoke packaging.

 

Founder and Director Dianne Sussex's values have remained the same from the beginning, using supreme quality ingredients to create unique chocolate experiences for people to enjoy.

In 2015 two fashion design graduates joined the company: Thomas Sussex, Dianne's son, and Marilyn Deare. Sussex and Deare pushed the boundaries of what chocolate was. They applied their love of fashion to the world of chocolate, filling a gap in the chocolate market, creating fun, handcrafted chocolates and presenting them in contemporary packaging, thus increasing House of Chocolate's international following for their amazing hand-decorated bonbons, truffles, and bars.

This Easter, House of Chocolate brings you an Easter Eggstravaganza. Delve into their delicious collection of Easter-themed treats, including Chocolate Eggs, Chocolate Bonbons and Chocolate coated Nut Daragees.
